Feeding my Discus Frozen blood worms

hey all im just wondering if it is safe to feed my discus frozen Blood worms daily? as this seems to be the only thing they like to eat, i am waiting for a order of live black worms.....

i wouldn't feed daily as the exoskeletons are hard to digest, and they dont really contain much protein or fat, maybe 2-3x a week as treat would be better.

Try to get them on to some home made beef heart mix and some dry food. I find mine will happily eat Breeders Blend flake food as well as freeze dried blackworms.

Frozen bloodworms are a great treat, but not suitable as the main food.

blood worms actually contain high protein they are a little hard to digest for younger discus but older discus digest fine
