I've found them to be a pretty good staple. Works really well on red coloured fish. Don't feed a lot of this if you have white swans or golden based fish.

I use it for long time....it will show great result specially red colour fish.....but be careful if you have yellow fish...it will turn your golden into orange discus

My discus dont really eat them yet, they are only really eating live blackworms and maybe some frozen bloodworms. But I give them to my other fish (cardinals and black widows) and they, especially the black widows, got nuts for it. It makes the black widows do these cool surface strikes, even when all the foods gone :)

Yes I find it good for the fish ,they are keen for it when i feed. And the price you can't beet that $19.90 per can .Does'nt foul up the water or stain it and not much goes to waste. Will post some photos soon of my reds. One more thing does anyone know why it is only $19.90 in Sydney and $40 plus in Adelaide.

Cheers Jason

I feed it when im in a hurry, prolly 4-5 times a week, and they love it.
I use it more as a quick feed when i dont have time to break out blood worms or discus dinner, etc
