NEW SET UP TANK

Hi All

I just set up my new tank & new external filters today with water. My question is how long should i keep it running befor i add 10 adult discus to it & should i add anything to the tank water beside prime?

You need to provide us with more info.

How big is the tank? Do you have real or plastic plants? What have you got in the filter for media?

I would let the tank settle and get some small chaper fish in there to get the bacteria going in the filter. I wouldn't risk putting discus in a new tank that hasn't settled for at least 6 weeks.
