zeolite as filter media

anyone got any experience using zeolite as filter media?

is it any good for canister filters?

finally what is better zeolite or matrix???

as for myself i have been using zeolites in my community tank 4x2x2 i got 7 young discus about 6 months ago and the discus are all healthy never had to add any kind of meds, i also got live plants in the tank.

I never used zeolites before this time( when i got my young discus) , but i will vouch for them.

They seem to work so so well.

i change the zeolites every 3 months in my canister filter.

Zeolites have got me hooked :shock:
