I thought to share a few shots of my tank, seeing how much I enjoy seeing photos of other tanks. Enjoy 8-)

Thankyou all for your very nice comments.

Yes I am happy with the setup! It's taken a fair few months to get it here and still trying to improve it.

Looking for a nice piece of driftwood, but, filled up the gaps with plants instead

I'm also contemplating a CO2 system, but, the costs seem a bit inhibitive at the moment.

nice set up heavyd, how long's it been up and running? what are the specs - it looks like a 5 x 2 x 2??

Once you get started with C02 those fast growers (particularly ambulia and rotala walchari) will go crazy.. Be prepared to replace them with some slower growing plants in the long term.

Look forward to seeing the progress.

Thanks rwel4809. Good guess! Yes, it's a 5x2x2, I set the tank up in early February. It's come a long way since then....

I'd love to get CO2 pumping, but I never seem to stop spending money on this tank

The plants do ok without it, but they could do so much better :D

Well you're in good company with that here... I think we all have very spoilt fishes on this forum

Spoilt they certainly are, and always looking like they need more of something. Or at least that's how I justify my spending!

What ferts do you use?

I'm using ADA Step 1 and Brighty K, as well as root tabs. Works well, but I'm considering trying something a little cheaper when my bottles run out.
