It's time to give the Marine tank a break and start fresh with a fresh water setup.
I have a 15cm stunning Lion fish to sell and will let him go for $40.
I also have around 35-40kg of live rock and a few coral that I will let go for $100.
The LR has some algae but should come good in the right conditions.
The corals i have are struggling but in the right conditions they'll bounce back and will be quite stunning.
Corals are one brain coral, one leather and one stunning (was stunning and will be again in right conditions) Duncanopsammia.

Please note that they are struggling now so don't expect them to look the same but they should hopefully come back to there former glory.
Almost forgot I have a huge snail as well that will be included and a hermit grab.

Fish needs to be sold first.
