Has anyone tried feeding Tetra's Color Bits and slow sinking granules to your Discus ? They say its made specifically for Discus feeding. :roll:

a lot of people use them for discus, but i didn't like what it did to my fish.

What about Sera Discus Granules..are they as bad ? :roll:

i never said colorbits were bad Cityguy :wink:
i just didn't like what they did to them particular fish, other people love using them to bring out the colour in there fish, i think it really depends on the types/colours of discus u are using them on as to if they will make ur fish look better or worse. obviously the fish i used them on looked worse than when they wern't on CB.
i think it would be the same with Sera discus granuals, but i cant say iv'e ever used them ? but i use other Sera foods and like them a lot.

Im the same with Rob, Cityguy. my Red snakeskin's colour changed and i didnt like it at all. However my other fish were ok. I gave my colour bits away and will try something else when i get back to the LFS. Its trial and error with the fish mate. Lots of people are using those dry foods.

if your keeping red and orange strains color bits are FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!

the boost they give is sensational, if your keeping blues then maybe they're not the best food for you.

I have a cobalt Blue, is it ok to feed him bloodworm ?
