external parasites?

I noticed a couple of tiny white specs hanging on to my discus. I tried to take pictures but its just way to tiny to see or to get a non-blurry picture. But basically its these tiny little white things on the skin. How do I get them off, also for the record my water parameters are perfect. I haven't been able to see their poop yet. Also I have fish sensitive to medication inside the tank such as elephant noses and clown loaches. They are all still eating but 1 fish in particular seems to be a little more miserable and dark. my tank is 75 gallon, non planted.

you're sure they're no just fatty deposits from over feedng?

hm, I'm actually not that sure. I don't think I overfeed them really. I feed them about 3-4 times a day a small amount. Is there any precaution I could take such as pimafix?
