eating eggs???

hey all
my pair are spawning on a regular basis but they keep eating there eggs.
they are getting regular w/c 3/4 times a week.
but they dont feed all that great.
could my problem be water quality,feeding or just a problem pair/female seems to be the one eating the eggs.
what do you guys think

are they a young pair? it happens some times , i would get some wire and cage it mate ,

Why r u changing so much water for?
Are you doing a water change once the eggs r laid?

just doing 25% w/c.and no w/c after eggs are layed. i have some wire ,i will give that a go.
how far from eggs should the wire be?

just of the eggs is good so the parents can still fan them .

im just giving this pair a go as im trying to gain some experience before my other fish get to breeding age.
