Hi everyone im getting a new tank, at first I was looking for a 4F*20*20,
I know some one in the trade, so I can get a 5f*20*20 for cheaper than I could get a 4foot tank anywhere, lucky me.
So I was nice to my girl friend for a while and have permision for a 5foot tank.
In my current 3foot tank witch is heavily over popualate, 7 discus of various size a colours, would I expect a huge growth spert when I change tanks????
Also I am going to trade a few fish to by my pump A fluval 404 canister,
has anyone experienced one of these, are they big enough for my tank.
Im hoping to build my tank to house maybe 10 discus is that to many fish?
I going to buy 4or5 juvenile discus grow them up in my 2Foot tank until there ready to go into my new big tank..
My final 10 discus are looking like
2 red terks (pair) lay eggs reg go into my 2 foot tank later.(all ready own)
1 goldern sunrise (all ready own)
1 goldern sunrise (juvenile) that i have to buy
2 blue diamonds (juvenile) that i have to buy
2 white swans (juvenile) that I have to buy
1 brown (juvenile) all ready own put him in the 2 foot tank to keep the new Juvies happy. may trade later?
1 blue terk all ready own. my favourite fish.
What do you reckon it would look like?
I wont to grow big fish from small that are healthy and look good,
my tank will have gravel and some big bits of drift wood with plants on them, I have a small school of cardinals, and some corys and a couple of bristlenose catfish......
What variations do you have............. :shock: :shock:
