Time between medication

Could anyone tell me how soon I can Prazi my tank after adding Big L.
It is now 48 hours after I added Big L and I done a 40% water change 24 hours after. I done a pp treatment on my turk and sadley she has not got any better, so I want to Prazi the whole tank as soon as possible.

filter the big l out with activated charcoal and change anoter 50% tmw.
you have to be patient as well you cant see if the big l works after 48h

so what is the effect, if any,if the filter is not cleaned out? won't using the charcoal also destroy the good bacteria in the filter?

Gosh! I have never heard of charcoal killing the good bacteria. I hope that it's not true.

charcoal dont kill anything its an absorber.
it filters chemicals out of the water

Yes, that's what I thought. Could it be possible to kill bio bacteria by not using the charcoal and mixing a cocktail of medications?

I have just done another water change and added charcoal and will give it possibly another 48h before I add prazi. Is this still to soon or could I add prazi in 24h?
