which one is healthier
would it matter if i fed my discus all freeze dried food instead of the frozen stuff
still with the variety of course
like right now they get pellets flake fbw bh f krill n shrimp

Alan i'm no expert but I would guess that both forms of blood/black worms have there own benefits.
I would recommend that you still feed both forms however it certainly wouldn't hurt if you only fed them the freeze dried version. The more variety in their diet the better.
