Best water flow for UV

Hi all.

Just got a 36w pondmaster UV for my 4x2. I was going to run it off of a 2213 filled with wool. I know the flow rate for the eheim is kind of low for that size UV, but will it have any adverse effects? I have a few 1200l/hr canisters i could use but I prefer to run the eheim if possible. Also, do you leave the UV on 24/7 or do you shut it off over night with a timer?

Run your UV 24/7 days..... max pump size 36000 L/H your eheim 2213 is 440 l/ph should be ok.

I run my 36 watt uv on a 1200l/ph canister as that is the smallest I have.
