Fish jumped out of tank

My blue diamond jumped out of my tank this morning, I was asleep, my wife saw the cat acting funny, but didnt click straight away, She seems to think it was behind the tank for a couple of hours. I said to her that it would be dead by now if that was the case, I put it back in the tank, and it is laying on its side, not moving, but breathing. What can I do?

Leave her be and add 1 tsp of salt to the water, lights off, strong airation, if you have it add a dose of stres coat or hagen aqua plus water conditioner.

PUT A LID ON YOUR TANK!

Thanks for that, She is swimming around now, looks a bit like a zombie, slime coat coming off, damaged scales and fins look damaged, dried out mabe. Hope she makes it. :cry:

usually it isn't as bad as it looks, just keep the water clean, it should recover pretty fast.
