Hi,
My discus is excreting a thick white poo and he is hiding at the back at the tank. And the colour has turned darker.

Is it possible that my discus has worm ?

What type of medicine should I get?

Thanks.

cheers,
jon

Sounds more like hex than worms. Metro is the drug of choice, very clean water (daily changes of 50%or more), a temp of 30C and a ph of 5.0 will go a long way towards helping, lower the ph gradually by about 0.25- 0.5 a day

Im sory to take over the post but one of my discus has white poo for a while now, but looks great and eats lots!! ive treated with internal bacteria (interpet no9) and still see a sligh bits of white poo on the bottom of the tank. Could it just be worms? have noticed some occational flashing activity
