My discus have become so bold, they dont move when I vacume the the bottom of the tank. Even tapping them slightly does nothing. The one that I tapped my move slightly but another one will move into the postion where the original one was tapped. They are standing their ground. This is going to become a problem. I dont want to strt to get phyisical :)

Any suggestions?

They are not sick. They are bright and perky, forever dancing for food

they are only doing it because they are happy and confident

mmmm, maybe we have related fish... although I have a couple of guys that actually attack the pipe/hose... when they realise they are not having an affect at all, they just get in the way, and dont move...

Then there is the other one that enjoys rubbing up against the clear pipe, I mean he swims from one side of the tank to the other to get some vacuum luvin...

crazy fish I would say...

Mate i say enjoy your fish.

Fish that are not scared by you being in there space make it so much more fun. To get to the stage where you can stick your hand in the tank and hold them in your hand that is what i am waiting for.

I say just vac around them and they dont mind the pushing around with your hose thingy.
