They really are the aquatic version of locusts
I really think anything mentioned in the same sentence as a Piranha, AQIS would have a pretty close eye on.

the store i frequently go to has 3 (i think) left they are about 6cm and look really nice, prob is he's in melbourne, but he does ship interstate. ph me on 0433 981 452 or pm me if ur interested. im not sure on price but u can ask him
