I fed my fish bloodworms, probably 5 times a week, as part of a varied diet that included, beefheart mix, brine shrimp, krill, mysis shrimp and good quality flake food like Breeder's Blend.

The befheart mix contains heart, white fish fillets prawns and green and yellow vegetables.

If you feed just one type of food, you can't be sure your fish are getting all the vitamins and minerals they need for optimum health.
