Hi, I run a non profit org called... well you guessed it Monster Fish Rescue. We've got some gorgeous cats up for adoption, check em out and feel free to ask any questions!

Scientific Name: Pseudoplatystoma fasciatum
Common name: Tiger Shovelnose Catfish (TSN)
What we call em: Tigger 1
Size: 34” (86.36 cm)
Acquire Date: 9-7-07
Tank required: Foot print of at least 10’x5’ or a large indoor pond.
Delivery charge: $.50/mi. (100 miles from MFR = $50) This is cheaper than shipping.
Comments: Tigger 1 was originally mine and was donated to the Cleveland “Aquarium Adventure” Where he’s lived for the past six years.
Adoption Fee: $75.00

Comments: This guy started @ 3” in a 55, moved to a 75, then a 240, and now an 800.

Common name: a TSN/RTC Hybrid
What we call em: “She” ha ha??
Size: 34” (86.36 cm)

Comments: She’s a little shy, but a gorgeous fish indeed!

Common name: South American Redtail Catfish (RTC)
What we call em: Frankie
Size: 27” (68.58 cm)
Acquire Date: 3-28-07
Tank required: Foot print of at least 10’x5’ or a large indoor pond.
Delivery charge: $.50/mi. (100 miles from MFR = $50) This is cheaper than shipping.
Comments: Frankie came to us in horrible shape, after months of rehabilitating he’s ready to move on!
