just an interesting observation the juveniles appear to have bars? yet the adults show no sign whats so ever,, am I right?

can you tell us more about them?

hi nicholas,
those r juveniles,ofcos their color r no so intense like the adult.especially RGD,their color r much more even than most of the other red strain. the fishes that u see above look nice thats bcos of the fishes r always feed by asthaxantine,as well as the juveniles,those u see as ""bars"" r actually the 'reflective bars' on normal golden base fishes.so,when we feed the juveniles with asthaxantine the reflective bar will turn out redish color.
