Upgrading AquaOne AR510 lights

Has anyone attempted upgrading the standard lights on an AR510 from the PL 11w tubes to say a 18w or 24W PL tubes?

Can it fit ?
And can you just remove old 11W tube and fit in the 18W or 24W tube into the same AR510 hood?

i assume if you fit a bigger bulb you'll need a bigger ballast.

Gotta upgrade the ballast as well.
