Taksan bought this guy as a juvenile, three years ago. Today he is the most amazing colour and around 15 inches long.

Jimbo is an Australian Saratoga Jardini. Most of them are a gold colour, but as you can see he is showing a lot of pink on the scales.

We feed him mainly prawns, blocks of frozen bloodworm and pellets, and of course my famous beefheart recipe.

Jimbo is a gorgeous fish that used to live in my office where he became quite a pet, acknowledging your presence and being hand fed.

It was a shame that Taksan moved him.

Don't worry Jen, he's still being hand fed and spoilt.

He outgrew the four foot tank in the office long ago. He's got much more room in the ten footer.

In the 18 months that he's been with me, he's developed into a beautiful adult, and the pink colouration is amazing.

he seems much happier in the ten footer. dont knwo if its due to the amount of food he recieves or the space might even be the owner hey taksan LOL
he definanlty hasnt lost his mean streek and his colours have come up a treat probably due to being in a massive pond since last july !!!
all in all well conditioned fat little bugger !

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Samir.

What a terrible suggestion.

Wash your computer out with soap.

(He's terrible with feeder fish. Chomps them in half and leaves them. That's why he only gets prawns and pellets)

I'd thought he'd have fun, make a lot of new friends. Are you saying he would try to eat them ???

Well only if they accidently got in the way, while he was swimming forward, very fast, with his mouth wide open

Otherwise he would just make friends with them and invite them for lunch.
