please help identify

Could some of the experienced folks here please tell me what color type this discus is? Sorry for the lousy picture, I will post a better one tomorrow if needed. There is red and turquoise on the bottom fin, the body is a soft brown with the dark stripes some turquoise is showing on the top fin and on the top of the body.

Also, will this young discus get more color as it gets older?

Some kind of turq, and just too point out its called a strain not color type :wink:

Too help you identify remember this.

Snakeskin has 14 bars (15 sometimes if the tail bar stands out)

Turquoise have 9

Pigeon blood will pepper. (Some are totally clean but if you have one then you will be the envy of most on this forum)

The rest are fairly straight forward,

I count 8 bars on my discus, so I guess that would fall into the Turquoise like you said. Will this fish get more coloring on the body at all? Will it stay brown there?

The store had it listed as a "sunburst" as if they know what they are talking about hey? Is there such a thing as sunburst?
