Now that's what I call a real Father's day pressie

They're not fussy about caves. Just about anything will do, including pvc pipe so long as you close off one end and it's not too wide. Provide the male with at least two caves. There should be more caves than males, and have the entrances pointing away from each other.

They do need driftwood in the tank. Not only do they hide in it, but they love to eat it too, so give them plenty. As soon as it stops floating, you can add it to your tank.

An airstone is a good idea, even if you just have it running slowly. It breaks up the surface scum, as well as circulating the water.

Good luck breeding them.

They are a lot of fun, and the babies a very cute.
