Small white thing, kind of looks like a grain of rice. Looks like it is embedded in the scales. Seems like it sinks in over time and then it disappears leaving a hole that goes clear through the fish. Below the white thing you see in the photo you will see a hole where there was another white thing that ate it's way through the body.

Fish acts normally. Eats well and waste looks good. Does not act stressed or like it even notices anything.

I have the fish quarantined in a hospital tank and have treated for both parasite and fungal infections. Also raised temp and added salt. Nothing looks like it's doing anything as it seems whatever this is, is just running it's course.

White rice looking things have not multiplied in any way.

ideally lift it off the fish and look at it under magnification

louse, leech,anchor worm, some of the myxozoan parasites

i cant tell frm the pictures
