Good to see all helping out with names.
I thought maybe Erica for the first name & maybe incorp your chickies first/middle name as the the secondary. Otherwise Erica Elizabeth, I also love the name Jade & Ruby.

My daughter is Tiana and I found that name while in labour on the internet.. Then saw a baby at the hospital with the same name on my way in to have her, it was a sign.. It means small princess in ancient Egyption times it said online.

Hey Erk,
We are yet to hear of your favourite names, you must have a few of your own in mind!
It's hard to think up names for a bubby, American names can differ from other countries, I was told that the names of my kids "Jake" & "Shelby" by my cousin who currently lives in America are American Names, is this true? ( I hope my remarks dont offend you Erk)
Bubbles aka Karen
P.S how's your chickie doing with the pregnancy?

Erk
Fri Sep 14, 2007, 01:06 PM
Oh no bubbles, you dont offend me at all! :D I appreciate everything :D

I have heard of the names Jake and Shelby...I guess they are american names? lol!

I have some names, but she doesnt like them

I liked Madison, Kylie, Cassidy, Madeline, Tierra, Kacey, ....there are prolly more, but its early over here for me! hahaha

She is doing well...doesnt look "huge" at all...but she was tiny to begin with....we are getting close now, and she is getting nervous, and really trying to crank out a name! lol

Her name is Dawn Marie....and I tried Kacey Marie, but no luck :?

I still have to run Rose by her  Sorry samir

Thanks very much for asking Karen :D

Hey Erk,
All have been touching base on & off over the exciting pregnancy news with you & your girl & only now do we learn your chickies name is Dawn!!!
Eric, Dawn & Baby...................? Hmmmmm.
I do have to go with samir's choice "Rose" it's such a very sweet name for a little girl "Rose Marie" dont stress but cause sometimes when you are not certain on a name then the baby is born & you look at her & 9/10 times you will be able to put a name to her face instantly - I would'nt stress too much Erk, I'm just glad Dawn is doing great.
Cheers,
Bubbles aka Karen

Thanks Karen! I know that is odd...all this time, and I never shared the news....shame on me

ATM we have Cassidy, Kaitlyn, and Serena....she will have no part of marie as the middle name either :? I like rose, and unfortunately, she knows a person named Rose and doesnt like her, so I dont think that will make the list....sorry samir :?

I appreciate everyones help...im sure once the lil one is here, there wont be any issues with a name, like you say Karen

Thanks again :D

Aubrey is a sure treat, she has certainly won the hearts of us "Discus Forum girls" & as for the sleep thing - dont count on too much sleep just yet, I found the crying to be a good thing at night - the sound let me know everything was ok - no noise at night would worry me enough to get up & check to make sure all was good, anyway - "girls like to be heard".

Best wishes to Dawn, we are all proud.

Cheers Eric,
Bubbles.

Thanks Karen! she certainly is a lil noise box...crying or not, she is usually grunting or something, so we know she is doing ok at night. We have been trying to let her cry a lil bit more at bedtime, so hopefully she catches on soon! haha

Thanks again for the compliments!

Take care
Eric
