wtb rotating arm

i recently bought a secondhand sump in the forum, but when me setup is completed the rotating arm does not rotate, so am looking for a replacement.

Does water flow through okay?

yup the water flow is ok,... im not sure what the problem is... i have another sump that is running in my display thank, even a small amount of water still it rotate...
