cloudy water

hi everyone
i just bought some flourite and rinsed it i didnt do the best job of rinsing it
its really cloudy
my question is what do i do
ive done 50% water change i tried to vacuum the gravel but it just goes up into the hose i ve lowered the pressure
should i keep doing waterchanges whats the max i can do in a day or how many waterchanges in a day % wise
i put that stuff when the water is cloudy but the results are not much of a change
a little but it still looks crappy
any advice please would help
