For those who are new to the site, and for those who are not aware of Trading Term changes.

Terms of Use

Whilst every care has been taken in compiling this website, Aquarium Supplies Australia and their authorised contractors make no representations about the accuracy or suitability of the information, images or links provided on this web site.

Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that information provided is accurate and up-to-date, Aquarium Supplies Australia cannot be held liable for any errors, omissions or inaccuracies, however caused.

The information is provided to you 'as is', without express or implied warranty. You use the information, images and links at your own risk.

You should make your own assessment and evaluation as to the suitability of the information prior to purchase.

Aquarium Supplies Australia cannot be held libale for livestock losses incurred as a result of delayed arrival of products.

Products

Aquarium Supplies Australia strives to only provide quality products. Aside from the products listed, we do have access to a larger inventory of suppliers and products and if required will be more than happy to try and source those products for you.

Special Order Items

From time to time you will notice a remark on some products stating - Note: Special Order Item
This is usually due to the size of the item, or the fact that it may be an item that needs to be specially ordered from the supplier. If there is an item that has this remark, feel free to contact us prior to placing an order for an estimated wait time till delivery. If you do place an order for one of these items, unless the delivery time cannot be completed within 30 days the order cannot be cancelled. Items that require special handling, or that have additional freight costs are also flagged with this remark.

Refunds are not offered, with the exception of your order not being filled within 30 days from order date, and are at Aquarium Supplies Australia's discretion. Orders that are 7 or less days old will not be refunded.

Accepted Methods of Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Diners Club International.

Direct Deposit (account details are provided during the secure checkout process). Orders that are to be paid by Direct Deposit will remain as "Pending" until the deposit transaction appears in our account. Any orders that are not paid for within 14 days from ordering date, will be declined. Any order that contains an item that needs to be specifically ordered (some Special Order Items) and is to be paid for by Direct Deposit will not have the product ordered until the deposit transaction appears in our account.

If you have selected Direct Deposit, and also Store Pick Up, and you wish to pay upon pick up, a note MUST be left within the comments section, otherwise your order will remain pending.

Paypal, Aquarium Supplies Australia is a PayPal Verified member.

American Express and Diners Club International card use will incur a 3.5% service fee which will be added manually when the transaction is processed.

How Do I Set Up An Account?

Once you have selected a product which you wish to purchase, click on the Add to Cart button. From there you can either continue shopping for other products, or if you have finished shopping click on the Checkout button on the right hand side of the screen below the pricing information. From there fill in the I am a New Customer (Create a New Account) required information and from their you will be transfered to our Secure environment (256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption) to complete the account/profile setup process.

Live Plant Sales

Minimum plant order for priority shipping (within 5 business days) is $40 per order

Due to the delicate nature of some Aquatic Plants we have strict procedures in place so as to ensure you get the plants that you ordered, in a speedy manner with the Plants in good health. We will only send plants out between Monday and Wednesday, any orders that are made outside of those days will be held back to the following week.

Live plants will not be ordered in for viewing purposes only.

Due to State regulations, we cannot send Live Plants into Western Australia or Tasmania

Aquarium Supplies Australia reserves the right to Void, Cancell or Decline any order at any time. If this action is taken against you, you will be notified via email as to why.

Special Note:

At certain times of the year, there will be unforseen delays with getting stock delivered. This can be for many reasons, most, if not all are to do with the suppliers. This is totally out of my hands.
I am fully aware that your fish require products to keep them in the best condition possible, but please note that I am in constant contact with all our suppliers, and am doing my best to get the products in for you.
It is not possible for me to hold large quantities of all products in store.

Attention all ASA Customers.

Contact Details:

Please make sure that when you fill in your contact details that you fill them in correctly.
When you add a phone number, please ensure that it is one that you can be contacted on during business hours.
Also ensure that you correctly spell the email address that you supply.

We cannot be expected to try and locate other contact details for you, if you incorrectly give them when filling in the forms.
Nor will we be held responsible for lack of contact with regard to any orders made.

If you are a current and returning customer, please re check your details and update them if required.

Credit Card Usage:

We have had a number of people using either family members or other peoples credit card details.
You may only do this if you have permission to do so.

We will not accept any blame or refund any card that had been provided to complete an order transaction, if the person ordering has not saught permission from the authorised card holder.

If a card owner is not aware that the person making an order is using the card, the order will be voided, and your account will be suspended, until a different method of payment can be found.
