:) G'day all.
I have a drum of about 220ltrs(I think) look's similar size to those black and grey drums that most you guys have. However this drum held liquid clorine. I have scrubd it out had it full of water for weeks, then scrubd it again and refiled. I was thinking clorine becoming a gas in water it would be safe to use. I can't detect any chemical odour at all. I noi that plastic is pouras and can hold onto substances but I think its safe.
Whats your thought?
Thanks.

Todd

I would give the drum a good treatment of one of those products that neutralise chlorine, just to be on the safe side, but I reckon you will be O.K.

Chlorine tends to evaporate and dissipate pretty thoroughly, plus the water would wash it out.

also if you can leave it in full sun for a day or 2 this will break down the chlorine
