Live Black Worms

Hi guys

What do you all think of feeding live black worms. Someone suggested I feed these to my discus, but I thought they have a reputation of possibly bringing in parasites?

Wondering the opinions of forum members here.

i think that you can feed them every now and then yhey do have a rep for parasites .just dont feed with them to often .there are other live foods you can try too brine shrimp are a good one .mozzy wriggles .

my fish love them but after my culture crashed, i'm less keen on store bought worms. i still feed them the day before a worming treatment
