Can any one tell me how to mesaure small amounts from a tablet i have 200mg metro tabs and would like to mix with food but dont need the whole tab.

you could cut in half with a good pen/stanley knife, that will give 100mg, smaller then that you'll have to crush it and portion it out (eg bout 1/4 of powder from crushed tablet is 50mg etc)
