pH calibration solutions

I'm hoping some one can help with this one.

Does anyone know where I might be able to obtain some 9.2 pH solution. :?

The pH controller I have requires two calibration points. One being 7.0 and the other, of course, 9.2

I thought standard solutions would be 4, 7 and 10.

I generally just do a two point at 4 and 7..

Hi BI,

I now have a SERAMIC pH controller and it's calibrated by 7.0 and 9.2 (actually 9.18) solutions.

There are two places I can get 9.18 from, Milwaukee but it has to be ordered in from Europe 6-8 weeks (25x20mls $56 not including shipping) and the other is Hanna instruments, 500mls, $60 + local postage.

I know of another supplier that stocks 9.0 solution, but I'm not sure how this will effect the accuracy accros the range. I presume that by using two test points, the device can work out a linear response of the probe.

The ph provides a linear response as ~56mv /ph. Thus any two points will be fine around your operating point.
