Guys,

my fish are absolutely sick as dogs in light of the recent rains. Currently suspecting an increase in chlorine in our tap water.

fish go stunned belly up after a w/c straight away!

anyone else experiencing the same problem? Im aware of two others

Hi Nick,

I noticed when I was doing my weekly water change yesterday that there was a definite smell of chlorine.
Ive never been able to smell it before.

Sadly Nick lost 2 juveniles. The rest seem to have recovered.

Lost 3 in total!

running 3 bio zorb bags and I use seachem prime ,,, all did nothing.

fish are full of colour and display no disease symptoms. I cannot explain why they act in this behaviour.

Strangley next day the other fish are totally fine.

all parameters are DEAD SPOT on as you would expect.

NO water changes for the mean time.

all i can say is ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH %^&*()_$%^@#!@#!@#$%^&* and some

sorry to hear about your issues too!!

yep the more I look into it the more it reads like a chlorine issue.

It makes you wonder what are water companys do to make our water so Nice to drink!!

Sorry to hear about the 3 you lost Nick, wierd thing is I've noticed the opposite.

Snce my last 2 water changes I'm seeing signs of spawning interest in a couple of pairs in my community tank that I'd given up on.. including a so called RGD pair from an ex sponsor that cost me some $$

I do age my water in a barrell for at least 3 days though so I guess if it's chlorine it'll be all gassed off
