Nitrate reactor

Hi all, what do people think about nitrate reactor? i know changing water is a good way to reduce nitrate but i can never reduce it to zero or close to that (its always around 20 - 30 level). Does nitrate reactor really work and can remove it? Thanks.

Anyone? I also would like to see if anyone else has used them. I think that Proteus has one?
