The reason I ask is because I'll be moving there in a few weeks to start a job (I'm finally out of college, woot woot!) and I was wondering if anyone knew the water parameters in that area.
The town I'm in now has very hard water, so there's no way I could keep discus (plus I can't afford them as a broke college student). Right now I've got a 29G planted angelfish tank. Once I get settled in Augusta however, I'm going to set up a larger tank (at least 75G), and I'd like to keep discus if the water is suitable. Thanks for any info!
