I'm going away for 2 weeks and was wondering what to do about water changes? I normaly change about 10% each day. Can I do a larger change before I go and get a friend to do one or two changes while I'm away?

How many fish, how much water?
I have gone away for two weeks & left an aouto feeder on without problems. Just had to do a bit more maintenance when I got home.

500L tank with the following inhabitants

6 Discus
4 Clown Loaches
2 YoYo Loaches
26 Rummynose Tetras
3 Bristlenose
2 Kuhli Loaches
6 Shrimp
2 Ramirezis

IMO thats ok,i guess your water parameter are top so i think there is nothing to worry about

and they pick everytime the best ones,you get some new ones and guess what,you can have this two back the new ones ae mine and beware you do them any harm :lol:

They're mine when it comes to maintenance and feeding etc...

I usually put a bit extra kH generator in my tank before holidays for insurance.
But you would have to be happy with a pH around 7.0.
