Java Fern on logs

Hi,
i have just tied 6 java ferns on to a log about a week ago with cotton. Can you tie them on to the log to tighltly, im concerened that there on the log to tight and will die. Im only running 1.2 wpg of light and are getting co2 soon. Cheers Axl

as long as it's not cuttings into the roots or rhizome u should be ok.
