I have talked to a man (by e-mail) about his discus site, i am just waiting for them to get their blue diamonds in, (i dont want to pay £15 twice lol)
http://www.essexdiscus.co.uk/pages/about-us.php

I would get,
1 blue diamond 2.5"
1 blue colbalt 2.5"
1 red marlboro 2.5"

For all 3 and and packaging is £47 is this about right. I thought it was good but i just wanted to check.

Also why im here, as i live in london we have like amazing HARD water. Should i use peat to soften the water?

Thanks very much,

samir

If your water is really hard to begin with peat will not help you but that is only a real concern if you want to breed them. Juveniles benefit from harder water as they take minerals from it which helps with their growth.

I have been to my LFS and seen some about 2-3" blue discus for £15 each they look really healthy and active. I was just wondering could i buy 2 of these and then get another 1 in a while?

thanks
