computer help needed

any computer techs out there know how to rid my computer of a virus.

when running avg virus remover it comes back with virus not healed.

I think it is called exploit ms04-011

have run spybot, ad-aware,avg,stinger,cwshredder and nothing works.

any help appreciated.

thanks for that, but have tried everything through there and nothing works.

have you or any one else got any other ideas?

have been dealing with this for weeks and it is driving me nuts.

thinking of taking it to someone who can save the info on it and dump the whole lot and start again.

with my luck the bug will be hiding amongst the files and reinfect it. :x

have u made sure u have dloaded the update from microsoft that fixes that exploit ?
