Anyone read december TFH yet?

Bleher is going down the same path, naming three separate species of discus, however he describes them as; S. discus, S. aequifasciatus & S. Haraldi.

He Claims that neither of the three species can successfully crossbreed past F4 or F5 ie, become infertile.

He is releasing a new book which is nearly 700 pages and is releasing DNA analysis from wild fish which he claims shows a distinct genetic isolation between the three groups....

Is this possibly connected to any of the issues around breeding RGD's?

So with three names its a race or subspecies, not distinct enough to be given true specific status.

The wierd thing about the two articles is that Bleher places Tefe's in the S. aequifasciatus speces, and the article on pratical fishkeeping places Tefe's in the new species....
