Can anyone tell me if there is any real difference between these two brands.

I am looking for a large canister like the CFD2600 or CF2400

Both filters are of the cheap and cheerful variety.

I would rate the Aqua One above the Aqua Pro, other than that the only suggestion I have is to throw out the media provided with them and get some good stuff... Eheim, Seachem etc

Could you please elaborate on this. My aqua one filters came with plastic bio balls, ceramic noodles and two grades of sponge. How are they no good, what is the good stuff and what makes it better?
Thanks, Pete

There is no difference between a CF2400 and a CFD2600 they are exactly the same.
