hi all

i have this lotus for sale.
it's about 15-20cm tall & has 6 or more leaves.
4 available for sale at the moment @$80 ea. or 2 for $140 *firm*
also there's a bunch of willow hygro (Hygrophila angustifolia) you can have.

not hard at all to propagate. one little plantlet just pops up from every leaf.

warning: loaches and common catfish (eg.bristlenose) might find this plant very tasty.

Oh Bushie..very tempting...both Graeme and I have had a go at this form of Lotus (we were given them for free of course)...I had one of the plantlets and Graeme had a small plant...

We both lost our plants unfortunately (probably due to being eaten by those damn fish I suspect)....but I think were hopefully working on getting it again...

Hi - can they grow in 30 degree C Temp ,do you also need A Co2 system & does it need lots of lights ?

I bet you can buy whole fields of them somewhere in south america for about $10:p

These are great additions to any planted tank, I got one off enigma a couple months ago and almost everyone that sees the tank asks about the plant and its unique coloration. IMO a worthwhile purchase

$80 is pretty steep if its so easy to propergate. Ive seen it available on ebay from time to time and it sells for about $20. Micranthem Liliy its usually listd under...

ehmm that's why i haven't been selling any. yeah i agree $80 is pretty step plus it's easy to propagate....

i think they might melt away. i couldn't remember how they were doing during last summer. at the moment the temp is 26-28c.
no they don't need co2 but they will grow quicker and nicer with it.
lighting requirement is med-high
