Beef Heart and constipated discus

Hi guys,most of my Discus eats the New Life Spectrum food,but not all,soem owudl only eat frozen beef heart. I was wodnerign if i could jsut use frozen beef heart mix as their exculsive diet?

P.S i think i have a little guy who is constipated,he has a very big belly all the time.

For the guy with a very big belly have you considered worms, it could be the case. As far as feeding just BH it depends what you have in it. If you have put all and sundry in there I personally don't see a problem with it but variation is a good thing if you can manage it.
