frozen foods

What are the best frozen foods for Discus??

I feed mine Blood Worms, Mysis Shrimp and pre-prepared "Discus Dinner".

I soak them first in a small glass of tank water for a few minutes then add it to the tank. At least all the discus get some, as I found it all just floated around on the current and dropped in a corner and they didn't get any sometimes... :)

I have made my own Beef Heart mix but find it clogs my filters and tubes and my discus aren't that keen on it anyway (must be my home cooking...LOL...!)

Dried food fed (even though you didn't ask) are Tetra ColorBits and Omega One Super Color Flakes.
