    Can you tell me how to sex the green horsefaces? I have three and am unsure of their sex?

    Geophagus sp "Tapajos 1" or "Tapajos Red/Orange head".

    Not really got a scientific name yet.

    sexing green horseface

    normally the male has longer fin extensions than female, male will push females around because of the chasing females fines are a bit taterd while males are purfict, almost forgot males normally biger

    green horseface is my favorite geo because not very agressive i love them and not hard to breed if treated good

    na i dont like them to agressive so i sold them they were male and female never tried to breed them

    its hard not to like them when you see a little colection of geos like that i love them.

    all acsept the orange heads are breeding like crazy in the one orgy tank, once i set up my bigger fish room they will get there own tanks
