    Fin Splits / Rot ?

Just wanted to get a 2nd opinion from you all about what my fish have on their fins.

It started as a cloudy looking oval shaped spot, which has gone away and eaten the fin with it. Other fish have a split in some of their fins...

This has only happened since we had rain in Sydney here a few days ago - may be related or just coincidence.

    Any input appreciated re: treatments

Ive been having water issues down in melb here... but mainly affecting my guppies.... both gup tanks had kh through the roof day after water change... melb water usually soft as dont know what happened... keeping an eye... a couple of my discus seemed to have a little split on their fins like that too but it seems to have been getting better on its own... just watching...could it be someone nipping??

Can you test your water, and post the results. Doesn't look like typical fin rot. Wondering if it may indeed be something to do with your water.
