Freak Out!
Freak Out!
One of my red turq's has developed a white looking pimple on it's body... looks like the kind of "zot" I get when I eat too much chocolate!
Otherwise it is fine. Eating well, etc. There is a bit of fighting goes on & sometimes this guy gets a scrape or loses a scale, but rcovers quickly.
What might this be & what should I do?

I had the same syptoms on a few of my discus. I believe it was Lady Red, she and others said they'd be fine. If I recall they told me to perform a 30% water change (maybe a little salt) and watch them. After the water change they went away and the fish were fine.
The water change couldn't hurt. Get some more feedback on the salt or any other solutions.
