    Chris,
here is a break down on price.
As i work as a chef i can get some of the things for trade price.

    scallops $15.50 per kilo
    prawns $16 per kilo
beef heart $10 for 4 hearts
    liver $2 per kilo

    baby spinach $8 per kilo
wheat germ $3 per pack aprox
    lecthin $3 per pack aprox

Its the extras which add the price.

    500 grams calcium lactate $66 , 20 grams used
    500 grams spirulina $75 100 grams used

For this amount of mixture the cost was just under $100.

    cheers,
    Ben

    Couple of questions:

Where can you buy silicon or greaseproof paper?

And what is the wheat germ, calcium lactate, and lecithin for?

    Thats right Nick and..

wheat germ a good source of fibre to keep the fish regular!
and calcium lactate to aid in the development of bones, ie growth. As far as i know calcium lactate is the easiest calcium fish can assorb.

    cheers

Ben thanks for mentioning me but truth be known all I did was watch and make you a cup of coffee.
Oh yeah I also took a pic and helped a little with the prawns.
I love making beefheart with Ben he does all the work lol.
I'll have to get my hands dirty next time.
