    would love some thoughts/ideas/tips.

only 3 weeks into discus keeping, going great so far. I had done a ton of research before hand but seem to learn something new almost everyday.

I don't keep them in very bright lighting (lots of natural light in the room they are in) so its hard to get good pictures of their true beautiful colors.

they are about 4 inches so that would be 5-6 month old. I feed 3x a day. fish are eating well now (I started off feeding bloodworms but after a few days of them barely eating, which could have been because of their new environment?, I switched to beefheart which I hear is much better for them anyway, now they finish their meals).

water changes mostly every 2 days, clean and stable conditions. I have a small school of yellowtail congo tetras in the tank and want to get some corys.

The turquoise was being a bit of a bully but seems to have settled down compared to the first few days.

Yes, they look good. Having only three you will find there will be a strong pecking order and it can get quite troubling to watch sometimes. Larger groups will do better though. Beefheart mix is a good source of food and they should bulk up on that. You can always try to make your own, it's actually fun once you get going and quite satisfying. Discus will eat a range of foods as you probably have read, dry black worms are very acceptable to discus as well as fully grown brine shrimp, fed either alive or frozen. Hth

Just my opinion, but your tank looks too small for those fish.
